2. What shipping options are available? We offer the following to U.S. customers:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular option!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Delivery estimates depend on location, carrier volume, and holidays. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. Once shipped:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we ship only within the United States. We’re working on expanding – join our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return period for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. If your light arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including shipping if it’s our error). Customer covers return shipping unless the issue is ours. Check our full Returns page for details.

6. Are your lights energy-efficient and safe? Yes! We prioritize UL-listed or ETL-certified products where applicable, low-energy LEDs, and safe materials. Many feature dimmable settings, eye-friendly color temperatures, and auto-off timers for convenience and safety.

7. How do I care for my ElixLight products? Most lamps can be wiped with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners or water near electrical parts. For salt lamps, keep away from excessive moisture and follow included care instructions.
